Work, Waiting, and COVID-19
Our first few months in Papua New Guinea have been busy, interesting, and even frustrating at times. After almost a year of virtually zero impact, COVID has begun affecting PNG in 2021 in a major way, with widespread transmission in some areas, and a large number of people getting seriously ill and some dying (see https://covid19.info.gov.pg). We started right in to working after our quarantine ended in March. The boys jumped into schoolwork even before quarantine ended. Chri

Myanmar Update
John graduated from Shiloh Bible College in 2019. He is from the Hmong people group and moved to a village near the border with Thailand to plant a church there. Pastor Andrew shared good news about John’s ministry: “By God’s grace, he gave water baptism to 13 new converts. Now, he has 25 families at his church at [this] village.” Pastor Andrew concludes, “Please pray that the Lord will bring more souls among the Hmong tribes.” Please also continue praying for the country of

Bolivians Facing Second Wave of COVID-19
Please pray for our brothers and sisters in Bolivia. They have been hit with a second wave of COVID-19, this time with a variant that also affects babies and young people. There are no vaccines and little can be done by way of treatment. The church people wanted to go into the mountains for prayer and fasting, as they are want to do, but church leaders encouraged them to stay at home to pray to avoid spreading the virus further.
