Dr. Jim Lo and Board Member Rod Davis traveled briefly to Myanmar in September. They were able to witness firsthand the devastation of recent flooding, as well as hear the difficulties the people have faced since the military coup in 2021. Yet, Dr. Lo and Pastor Rod also witnessed believers who have purposed to follow Christ and find their joy in Him. As the Director of World Missions for the Churches of God (Holiness) for over two months now, I would like to share my vision for what I believe the Holy Spirit has in store for the future of COGH World Missions. My vision is to see: An increased enthusiasm for souls to be saved; More missionary couples and individuals from our churches accepting God’s call; and An increase in giving—both in dollars and in numbers of churches within our association who participate.
