Marilyn Ministers in Jail
The Myanmar military that took over the country by coup in 2021 enacted a conscription law in February of last year. This requires all young men and women to serve in the military for two years. Most, however, do not want to do this and may be arrested at any time. The military came to the new building being constructed for Shiloh Bible College, where they arrested six of the construction workers and forced them into the military. 25th Anniversary and New School Year
A new school year began this past June for Shiloh Bible College in Mandalay, Myanmar, with 15 students. In 2000, Andrew Bawi Ceu began this college to carry out his vision of seeing church planters in every state and every division of the country. This year, the college celebrated its Silver Jubilee—25 years of ministry for God’s glory. We are grateful for our brother, Andrew, and his vision to see souls saved in Myanmar. Please pray for the college and for the church planter

Earthquake in Myanmar
A massive 7.7 earthquake shook Mandalay, Myanmar, on Friday, March 28. Its effects were felt in neighboring countries, as well. Five days later the number of those killed in Myanmar had surpassed 2,700. We are thankful to have heard from Andrew Bawi Ceu that his family and those he works with were ok, although they have sustained building damage. We are in contact with him to learn more details. Please keep the Christians in Myanmar in your prayers!

Visit to Myanmar
Dr. Jim Lo and Board Member Rod Davis traveled briefly to Myanmar in September. They were able to witness firsthand the devastation of recent flooding, as well as hear the difficulties the people have faced since the military coup in 2021. Yet, Dr. Lo and Pastor Rod also witnessed believers who have purposed to follow Christ and find their joy in Him. Please continue to pray for the national Director, Andrew Bawi Ceu, as well as the Bible college and church planters in Myanma
