Friday, June 6, was Missions Day at General Camp of the Churches of God (Holiness). In the World Missions portion of the morning service, Dr. Jim was joined onstage with reports from Board members Dwight Purtle and Paul Confer. On August 7, 2024, World Missions lost a dear friend when former missionary and former director, Bill Hayton, went to be with the Lord. Bill and his wife, Linda, served as missionaries in the US and British Virgin Islands from 1969-1983. Bill served as Director of World Missions from 1983-2004. In later years, he also served as a board member. Bill was loved by many. His entire life was devoted to ministry and serving in the Kingdom of God. He will be missed. At the funeral,
