Ministry Update from Myanmar

The academic year for students at Shiloh Bible College in Myanmar begins in June, reaches its halfway point by the end of September, and concludes with graduation in February.

This year, Pastor Andrew Baw Ceu reports there are 19 boys and 15 girls, including four international students from Vietnam and China.

Twice a month, students take part in outreaches to Buddhist villages that have no church. In a three-month span, they distributed about 3000 tracts and witnessed to about 300 non-Christians.

Andrew’s vision when he started the college in 2000 was to train church planters for every state and division in the country.

At present, World Missions helps with the support of 12 of the most recent church planters, and more continue to work. In November of last year, we were also glad to be able to use some designated funds to purchase a motor bike for church planter Amos.

Please continue to pray for Andrew, his wife, Marilyn, and the various ministries in Myanmar.
