A Season of Joy

Dr. Gayle Woods and Micki attended several local Christmas events in Cayman Brac, including the primary school’s program, the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting, and Captain’s Retreat Christmas Lighting at the historic Spellman McLaughlin home.

Dr. and Mrs. Woods’ influence on the island is important. As he wrote, the island is not just a community. It IS community. He frequently is greeted, “Hi, Pastor!” by people he does not remember meeting.

The month was crowned by a church member getting saved after one of Dr. Woods’ Sunday sermons.

He recently concluded a letter, “We are enjoying ourselves so much serving the Lord here that I have trouble keeping it all to myself.”
